I wanted to start off by thanking Dr. Cao she took the time to explain my root canal procedure from top to bottom! She was very patient with me. She did an amazing job with my root canal and today is the next day and I feel no soreness no tenderness haven’t had to take any pain medication. Thank you Dr Cao you’re the best! Office staff is amazing they are all very nice and professional! Office is also very clean and sanitary and they have some good music playing in the background makes it very comfortable laying there in the chair! Highly recommend and will always refer everyone i know to the office!

Dr Wang performed a root canal, which was my first one ever. Overall, it was a great experience with minimal pain or discomfort. He is very skillful and friendly. He explained everything clearly. I’m so glad that I was referred to him by my regular dentist. The staff is great as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office.

I was so blessed to be referred to Dr. Cao by my primary dentist. Upon entering the office you’ll be greeted by warm and welcoming staff at the front desk. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The office is always pristine and very comfortable. Dr. Cao is the rare kind of provider who cares for the patient as a whole, which is sadly hard to find these days. Beyond her obvious expertise, she has a wonderful bedside manner and a gift for making complex dental health concepts incredibly easy to understand. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explain every step of my treatment in great detail. Because my case was complex, Dr. Cao worked directly and seamlessly with my general dentist to coordinate my care, and she ultimately referred me to a fantastic periodontist to ensure all bases were covered. It bears repeating - her front desk staff is phenomenal. I’ve had to contact the office several times, and each time they carefully listened to my questions, took detailed messages, and got back to me very quickly. Dr. Cao even personally returned my calls to discuss my concerns about a procedure I needed with another provider. I cannot recommend this practi

I recently visited (for the first time) Sun Endodontics (7049 S. Desert Blvd, Suite 107 & 108, El Paso, Texas 79835). As I entered the establishment, the front desk personnel (Bianca and Cassandra) pleasantly welcomed me and assisted me in the administrative portion of my appointment. I was then led to the procedure room, where Dr. Cao greeted me and provided me with a simple but thorough explanation of my dental procedure. During the procedure, I noticed how spotless both the room and the equipment were. After my appointment, on exiting the room, I noticed that immediate cleaning of equipment had begun. Sun Endodontics esteems to the highest level of cleanliness unsurpassed by any other dental office that I have previously visited. I am happy to have found a great endodontist. Thank Dr. Cao and staff.
